  1. Now, minutes of work: add sitemap.xml and robots.txt (both 404 on Oct 22), remove stale indexed pages (/faq, /pending/agencies with Lorem ipsum), confirm analytics exists (none found in the homepage HTML).
  2. Soften site claims that aren't built: "files name themselves on capture" and the "Works with" list (PIM, Slack). Owner: Brandon.
  3. Later: pages for the shoot queries buyers search (shot list template, naming files by SKU, brief to shot list), written from real session notes and quotes.
  4. Later: one field note per month from a real session (with permission), cross-posted by Adrian on LinkedIn. One field note exists (Aug 2026).
