  1. Find. Posts by fashion and lifestyle founders, heads of creative and brand leads about a shoot, launch or brief going sideways. Also check whether founders on the brand list post on X. Skip photographers selling services, AI-image hype and students.
  2. Reply in public first. Answer the actual problem, say you're building Creative Queue, no link. Only reply where you have something useful to add.
  3. Then DM. Only if their DMs are open and they engaged with the reply, or they asked. Use the DM below, by hand. Never bulk or automated.

Hey [Name], we're testing Creative Queue on the messy process between a changing brief and a usable production plan. Would you bring one live project for a 30-minute session? We'll work through it together. Your team can keep using its current tools.

— Before: Ittai's original DM

Hey [Name], saw your post about [their shoot, launch or brief chaos]. We're building Creative Queue for the stretch between a brief that keeps changing and a shot plan your team can actually run. Want to bring your next shoot to a 30-minute session? We'll turn it into a plan together and you keep it either way. No need to switch tools.

— After: the DM to use · DRAFT for Ittai to approve

Change Why
Opens with their post Shows it's personal, not a blast
"testing" became "building" Sounds like a team with a product, not an experiment on them
"messy process" became a concrete stretch Names the moment they feel
"you keep it either way" Lowers the risk of saying yes
"No need to switch tools" Answers the first objection up front

Felt this. The brief keeps moving and the shot plan never catches up. (I'm building Creative Queue for exactly that stretch.) Happy to share how we'd lay out [their shoot] if useful.

— X1 · DRAFT · Short public reply

Hey [Name], one nudge and I'll leave it: happy to take your next shoot into a 30-minute session. You'd leave with a plan you keep, whatever tools you use.

— X2 · DRAFT · Follow-up DM, 4 to 5 days later, once

Hey [Name], saw your post about [the job]. We're building Creative Queue for the stretch between a client brief that keeps changing and a shot plan the crew can run. Want to bring one live job to a 30-minute session? We'll build the plan together and you keep it either way. And if a brand you work with is fighting this, we'd love an intro.

— X3 · DRAFT · For agencies and production people

Agency and production people are champions, not buyers: their sessions count toward the target only when the brand's buyer joins.
