Open questions
Concrete questions for Ittai and Adrian (either can answer unless a line names a narrower approval). Nothing here is invented: each item is something a source left ambiguous, unanswered, or in conflict.
As of Thu Nov 5, 2026 (America/New_York). Numbered the same as the hub page (README.md). Each answer resolves that question, clears any UNCONFIRMED mark, and adds a CHANGELOG.md entry.

From the Nov 3 Ittai + Adrian call
- Sending vs automating LinkedIn (Codex) — At 39:03 Adrian said a lot of the LinkedIn DM work "we can also automate with Codex where it sends the messages for us." Ittai: "that's kind of the goal here." The standing rule is that nothing is sent automatically and Adrian sends by hand, and in the same call Adrian said "just find the URLs for now" (41:07). Is Codex-sending now approved, approved only after Ittai signs off on each text, or still not allowed?
- Source: Nov 3 Ittai + Adrian call, 39:03 and 41:07
- Affects: Whether any message may be sent automatically; RULES.md who-sends
- Answerable by: Ittai or Adrian (Ittai must approve any automated send)

Status: UNCONFIRMED / proposal

Pace (50–100 connection requests a week vs about 5 personalized notes a day) — Adrian described Good Content sending "50 to 100 connection requests per week" (37:20) as the model to learn from. The earlier plan used about 5 personalized LinkedIn notes a day and noted that free LinkedIn accounts only get a few personalized notes a month (3 to 5). Which pace is approved?

Exact top-5 draft texts — Ittai asked for "a sign-off from you on the next steps" and to look at "the Creative Q one" because "we trying to do LinkedIn first" (30:30 / 31:24). Adrian then described the URL-finding and 3–4-people process and said the weekly cadence and scoreboard "makes sense as a starting point." He did not walk through the Kris / Jen / Emma / Aimee / Mike notes line by line. Are those five drafts approved to send once URLs are confirmed, or do they still need a line-by-line yes?
- Source: Nov 3 Ittai + Adrian call, 30:30 and 31:24
- Affects: outreach/2026-10-29-top5-adrian.md (still awaiting exact-text approval; nothing sent)
- Answerable by: Ittai or Adrian (Ittai must approve exact text before any send)
-
Status: UNCONFIRMED
-
Logging into Adrian's LinkedIn — Ittai asked, "So I would just need to log into your LinkedIn." Adrian: "Well, don't even— just find the URLs for now" (41:02–41:07). When, if ever, should someone use Adrian's LinkedIn session to send? Who clicks Connect?

James Alley pronouns and who owns the thread — During the call Adrian said he was "connecting with James Alley on LinkedIn because we're not connected" and that he "sent her a WhatsApp" because "she said she was down to have a follow-up" (33:40, 35:45). At 46:48 he called James "One of the guys you had on your list for CreativeQ." The older plan treated James as "he" and named Brandon as sender. What pronouns should we use, and who owns the follow-up now?
- Source: Nov 3 Ittai + Adrian call, 33:40, 35:45, and 46:48

Claire Carter-Jenn — Adrian said it is "Probably time for me to talk with Claire Carter-Jenn again. It's been a while" (35:49). Who is she, which company, and is there a verified link? She is not in prospects.csv.

Warm list confirmation — Please confirm which of these Nov 3 statements should now be the written status: Rachel is not a viable customer (Adrian only); Alexandra Vasquez is not viable (Adrian only); KYODAN and Manhattan should not be restarted (Adrian, Ittai agreed — already logged as a decision); Adrian's network should be mined again (Adrian only). MIKUTA / Isis was not mentioned — stay on the older "check in" dispatch, or leave MIKUTA untouched until someone says?
- Source: Nov 3 Ittai + Adrian call, 35:49 and 36:23
- Affects: Warm restarts table; RULES.md warm list
- Answerable by: Ittai or Adrian
-
Status: UNCONFIRMED / proposal (except KYODAN and Manhattan, which are a decision)

Reddit rerun with Grok — Adrian asked to rerun the earlier Reddit work "with Groq instead of what we did before" because Grok has been better at finding brands (38:05). What is the scope (listen-only vs drafting comments), and do any public Reddit actions still need Ittai's approval before they go out?
- Source: Nov 3 Ittai + Adrian call, 38:05
- Affects: Reddit channel in the plan; public-posting rule
- Answerable by: Ittai or Adrian (Ittai must approve any public post or comment)
-
Status: proposal (research request; no public post approved)

Thursday Nov 5 at 12:00 follow-up — They moved the follow-up to noon on Thursday so Ittai could report on his runs and on "Taylor," and Adrian could give updates (42:20). Did that meeting happen, and is there a transcript or note to ingest? Who is Taylor?
- Source: Nov 3 Ittai + Adrian call, 42:20 and 42:39

Grok usage pace — Ittai said he blows through tokens after the Wednesday reset (he named a $200 plan). Adrian suggested making the skills pipeline efficient, using smaller agents for some work, and possibly running every two weeks until money is clearer, and offered to help with overages after things settle with "Niche" (43:28, 44:40). Should the weekday batch stay daily, or slow down?

Capture gaps
- Grain visibility of the Nov 3 recording — The call was captured by Adrian's Zoom bot (Grain share https://grain.com/share/recording/bdcecd68-a001-4843-8368-6847f88eb0a4/UqjvAinTaNnxah77yuevqXxQhnjEzh35lonDi6ns). Listing and fetching with Ittai's personal-scope Grain PAT does not show recording bdcecd68-a001-4843-8368-6847f88eb0a4 (not in the list; direct fetch returns not found). Should Adrian share it into Ittai's Grain workspace so the morning loop can pull it next time, or is the exported transcript the copy of record?

Missing Oct 30 marketing-call notes — No notes from an Oct 30 Brandon + Adrian + Ittai pipeline call were found in the repo when the Oct 30 review was written. The Nov 3 call is now captured. If there was a separate Oct 30 marketing call, it is still missing.

The five LinkedIn requests Adrian already sent — On Thu Nov 5, 2026 Adrian said he had connected with Kris Cody (PAKA), Jen D'Angelo (NOOWORKS), Aimee Smale (Odd Muse), Emma Hill (Damson Madder), and Shahira Ishak (American Tall). Those five are marked
requestedas of Nov 5, 2026, meaning a connection request was sent and is awaiting acceptance — not that a DM went out, and not that they accepted. Is any of those five the wrong person? Did he also request Saul Rajsky, Jake Rajsky, or Nicole Dalton at American Tall? Mike Monnette of Abbreviated Apparel was in the original top-5 send order and was not named among the five, so he was left as not requested. - Source: Adrian's verbal confirmation, Thu Nov 5, 2026 (America/New_York)
- Affects: Connection tracker and the weekly LinkedIn queues
- Answerable by: Adrian (Ittai can also correct a name)
