Ittai + Adrian: Voice Feedback page work and Manhattan prep
Thursday, Feb 12, 2026, 5:30 PM America/New_York, 96 minutes. Grain titled this recording "Kyodan Prep"; they never said Kyodan. Most of the working time was a Voice Feedback landing-page pass. Near the end they prepped for a 1:30 PM meeting the next day, which matches Jorge x Creative Queue.
Personal check-in and a separate Culinary Cave / course thread are not filed here.
Voice Feedback
Adrian had sent feedback on Ittai's new Voice Feedback page; Ittai was honing it and talking through ad angles, including "we built this tool using the tool" and "we stopped building an app, built this one so we could build the other one better." They spent much of the call in the page itself (copy, headers, a "what this unlocks" section). Adrian liked faster iteration cycles as an outcome and was less moved by a "three-minute setup" stat.
Ittai said he had an easier time understanding who Voice Feedback is for than who Creative Queue is for in that moment.
Prep for the next-day Jorge / Manhattan Inc conversation
Goals they named: is this group a potential client, and are people like them the target? Ittai's working assumption: yes, this is the target audience.
Adrian's framing: it is a bit like selling to Urban — if you sell into the group, you may sell across the brands, with more red tape and politics because multiple teams inherit the tool. Some brands in a conglomerate will be ahead (he used Free People as the example of a brand further along) and some will not. One goal for the call: find which brand in the group is operating in the most advanced way and is open to new technology, and focus there.
He also mentioned a conversation with Adam Brick (an advisor at Brilliant With AI who works on the tech side of another brand conglomerate): some acquired brands' founders have cashed out and do not use shared tools; younger, hungrier brands do.
They had a research note that mentioned 17-plus brands and a name (Ted Rosenwald) plus emails that "may or may not be correct." Adrian said he would do another research pass.
Historical ICP snapshot (Feb 12, 2026)
Adrian gave a short version when Ittai asked for clarity. This is how he described the fit that day, not a rewrite of current RULES.md:
- Not big enterprise and not a tiny shop: more like the path from Macy's through later conversations to MIKUTA and Little Sleepies — millions in revenue, small teams, lots of inventory, a real brand talking to a specific customer.
- Fashion, home goods, footwear.
- Shipping something like 50 to 200 new products a year, minimum, and running multiple campaigns whose productions support social and email.
- "Perfect storm": a creative team of fewer than 15 people, north of a million dollars a year, and that kind of product volume. Those brands, in his words, do not have the tools to operate properly.
They planned to meet Jorge the next day at 1:30 PM America/New_York.
