Summary
The first ~50 minutes are Taylor / used-equipment co-op diligence (proposal review, Culinary Cave ROAS math, counterproposal options). That work is filed under The Good Tracker / consulting, not Creative Queue.
From about 53:46 they turned to Creative Queue marketing infrastructure and LinkedIn. Adrian had already posted in Slack #cq-marketing. Core direction:
- Marketing pages must live as repo-native stable links on spark-brain (not ephemeral Grok links), with a reusable pipeline skill, meeting ingest after every call, questions until ~95% clear, and an 8:00 AM ET weekday Grain pull + plan update loop (Ittai chose 8 AM over Adrian's 6 PM suggestion).
- When something from a meeting is unclear: update the page anyway, mark UNCONFIRMED, keep numbered open questions (paste-back into Grok) and have the CQ Marketing Bot surface them in Slack.
- Commit and push CQ marketing + ingest work to main (Adrian: "So yes, commit and push to main.").
- LinkedIn motion: weekly company accordion queues; up to ~5 people per company with a short why line; target ~25–30 names per week; track connection status; Adrian does a monthly LinkedIn export to mark accepts, then DMs. Adrian said during the call that he had already connected with the people on the initial list and followed company pages when they existed.
- Dashboard: short summary of the top ~3–10 tasks (owner, human vs agent, dependencies); upcoming segmented by Ittai / Adrian / Brandon / agents; done items in a foldable toggle; automations/audit trail off the dashboard; permanent workstream URLs (LinkedIn first, then warm / X / Reddit / content / ads); initiatives index; people and company rubrics stored in the repo.
- Voice Align feedback-link pattern: section buttons so editors can record section-specific status or answers; the 8 AM loop checks a feedback accumulation link, updates the page, marks feedback done, and writes comments. Each page can get its own link later. UNCONFIRMED whether the first CQ page is wired yet and which URL Adrian sent.
They also briefly covered Voice Align (Brandon video in the VoiceLine channel) and Good Tracker routing. Personal/family PowerPoint coaching at the end is Other topics only.
Decisions (CQ / Spark marketing)
| Decision | Who said it | Confidence | Notes |

Ittai at 74:41–76:14 | High as intent | Bot connectivity still a live check during the call |
| Voice Align section-feedback buttons + 8 AM feedback of a feedback accumulation link | Adrian at 124:52–126:13 | High as process direction; UNCONFIRMED which link / first page | See open question 26 |
| Fold open questions into dashboard tasks + Slack (vs a separate questions page) | Ittai at 123:15; Adrian "I agree with everything you said" 124:05 | UNCONFIRMED / mixed — Adrian also kept pitching the Voice Align feedback pattern | See open question 27 |
| Run another LinkedIn round soon (~10 companies, up to 5 people) after design is in better shape | Adrian at 120:56 | High as next-work ask; timing vs design lock UNCONFIRMED | See open question 28 |
| Hook live site to Vercel blob for in-page edits after design is locked | Adrian at 120:56 | UNCONFIRMED / proposal | See open question 30 |
Not decided on this call for CQ: pricing, exact DM texts, Codex auto-send, Notion connect, who runs CQ on X, Abbreviated keep-or-swap, ceiling flags, unvalidated categories.

Verbatim key quotes
[02:36] Adrian: Right now, no, but I did tag you in something in the VoiceLine channel, a video that Brandon made that you should go look at later.
[57:50] Adrian: … I don't think that those links should live in Grok links. They should be just updated in the repo as links in the repo. After every meeting, it should be like ingesting the meeting from that day and have like a specific workflow that it's going through to sort of understand how we really organize things and ask you questions if there's ambiguities it needs to resolve. … we should transfer the Groq link into like a native link that's living off the SparkBrain repo … build a skill pipeline that lives in the repo. That can also be leveraged by some of these other pipelines …
[60:10] Adrian: So yes, commit and push to main.
[61:07] Adrian: … it needs to be asking you like questions until it's 95% clear. It needs to be building the infrastructure for Creative Queue, but building it in a way that other projects that run similar pipelines with different rules can all do it together. And it needs to put like, let's say, a loop or a schedule at 6:00 PM every day that does this …
[61:43] Ittai: Yeah, let's just run that at 8:00 AM every day.
[72:15] Ittai: When something said in a meeting is unclear, what should I do? Update the page, mark it unconfirmed.
[72:45] Adrian: You should do both. (paste-back questions page and Slack bot)
[85:27] Adrian: I connected with them on LinkedIn while you were doing stuff in the background.
[86:07] Adrian: … we really want to have, I think, like you know, 25 or 30 names per week that we can all connect with and then check those connection requests, see who is actually connected, and then start to see who we DM from there. … a monthly LinkedIn export so we can see which people have accepted my connections …
[87:21] Adrian: … there's a thing per week in like a one page. It's like a queue every week. … there's maybe an accordion for each company and the people inside of it.
[89:26] Adrian: I only see 5 on that page that we looked at. I think it should be more comprehensive. Like for me, it would be like aiming for 5 from each company, let's say.
[92:53] Ittai: … the priority of this is to make sure that we're moving things forward and like identifying the 3 most important tasks or 10 most important tasks and getting those done. And it can identify what the bots and the agents can do for us and what needs our actual engagement.
[94:56] Ittai: … it needs to be segmented by like agents, Itay, Adrian, Brandon.
[120:56] Adrian: I connected with all of those people that were in the initial list and then also followed their company pages when there were company pages. … we should run another round of those LinkedIn folks like immediately, but look for, you know, let's say 5, let's say 10 companies and like up to 5 people who fit. … check in like I would say like every you know, let's say like 10 business days later to see who's reconnected by doing an export from my LinkedIn …
[123:15] Ittai: … We might just need to close it and put it in the dashboard and make it as a task. … it should be tagged as a task for us, and that should also go out as a Slack message.
[124:52] Adrian: … this link is a link where feedback can accumulate. What I want Groq to do is look at the documentation on that link and there's a way to basically integrate a button on the page that allows somebody who's editing the page to actually like record something specific to a section and give a status update. … on the 8 AM loop, it will sort of update the page based off of the new feedback …

Taylor / used-equipment co-op (The Good Tracker / consulting)
Filed under products/the-good-tracker/ and the central meeting note — not Creative Queue.
- Co-op proposal (via Gemini): they own the domain; Ittai has exclusive operating license / owns IP; ~10% to Ittai; they incur no fixed monthly retainer. Ittai: better thought out than prior, but will not accept as-is.
- Operating the site alone at 10% can be okay (roughly 2 weeks to a month of setup). Paying for ads at that rate does not make sense. Culinary Cave example ROAS ~5.7 → ~$175k spend to support ~$1M revenue.
- Their KPI targets (on the order of $1.2–2.5M with no ad capital from them) called delusional by Adrian; Ittai agreed the math does not work. Sean Kersting (Tampa) named as leading that stance.
- Two paths Ittai laid out: (1) setup fee + monthly retainer + smaller commission, they fund ads; or (2) Ittai does build/ops labor "free" for 10% but they fund all ads. Adrian: working for free without their ad capital still does not make sense.
- Ask the ~6 starting distributors for current used inventory and last-year used sales (one person said ~$800k locally / ~St. Louis; regions named include New York, Florida, St. Louis). Estimate shipping in unit economics. Build a plug-in financial model with Grok. Competitive / Wayback inventory research proposed.
- Counterproposal framing: give two options only — a Culinary Cave consignment pilot at ~20–30% commission (Ittai would not do 10% on Culinary Cave), or a proper dedicated-site counter. Do not name Culinary Cave as the company when sharing anonymized ROAS-style math.
- Existing Slack channel: "Taylor Ice Cream." Wait for inventory/sales data before writing the proposal (101:42).
- Cross-link: older used-equipment commission discussion 2026-02-19.
Voice Align (not a full VA marketing-tree start)
- Brandon video tagged in VoiceLine channel for Ittai to watch.
- Voice Align feedback accumulation link proposed as the pattern for CQ (and later other) pages. Do not create a full Voice Align marketing tree from this call alone.
Nish / Niche / personal close
